The dragon in China is simply a synthesis of all that is best. During the Chinese New Year, such "carolers" wander from shop to shop with a small orchestra, drums and cymbals and dance in front of the audience. The owner of the shop or restaurant should give them some donation for the show. Their visit bodes well! And this year I've already met three dragons.
