New Year's stall

I have the impression that the only purchases where the Chinese do not haggle too much are New Year's decorations. Of course, they still try to get lower prices, but they usually don't put too much pressure on sellers. In the case of clothes, they can argue about the price and even leave in frustration without making any purchases. However, New Year's decorations are more important and you need to buy them to bring happiness to your family all year round.
