When I met Kayla she was working as a "bait" in a bar. I didn't even know they did this in China, but young girls were paid to sit at the bar. Plus they get free drinks and some snacks. They are, of course, supposed to attract customers, often foreigners. Fortunately, the girl already has a more decent job in a sales office.
