In China, it is not like in Poland that local authorities prepare weekends, concerts, shows, exhibitions - to attract tourists, provide some entertainment or allow residents of a given city to experience culture/art. When something happens, it is only during national holidays. Just like here - a laser show in front of the city hall in Shenzhen.
