Chinese steamed dumplings come in two versions - BaoZi and smaller XiaoBaoZi, they are in the style of our dumplings, they grow on yeast under steam. The second version is JiaoZi, which are either steamed or boiled in water or broth. These types of dishes originate in northern China, but have become popular throughout China from Beijing to Hong Kong. And in the morning, such restaurants are crowded because the Chinese love these dumplings for breakfast.
