A space has been set aside in a museum in Hong Kong to showcase an old shop. I immediately remember films with Bruce Lee and the first productions with Jackie Chan. In such a store, most products were available by weight. You could touch, try and check everything. In the past and today, the most important thing for the Chinese was the freshness of food products.
