Snake tinctures are popular in Asia, especially in Japan, China and Vietnam. People there believe that such a specific decoction affects our health, lifespan and prolongs youth. Of course, bringing such drugs back from a trip to China is prohibited, but such alcoholic beverages still appear in Europe. I remember many years ago when I told a customs officer in Warsaw that I had vodka as a gift in my luggage, and he immediately asked "Żmijówka?" We can drink such snake vodka at various markets in China. In this case, the price is about PLN 17 for 50 ml.
