Exactly 21 years ago, in 2003, I saw this stunning panorama of Hong Kong for the first time. A little has changed since then, but the "heart", the very center of the city, has not changed much - it is already extremely densely built-up. The skyscrapers on the Kowloon side have changed, there's a new ferry port in Central and some of the sea has been taken away. The Observation Circle also appeared to admire the view over the bay.
