Every larger housing estate in Chinese cities or parks has various fountains and sculptures. In the case of housing estates (unfortunately), these fountains experience their renaissance only when the housing estate is new and promotes itself by looking for tenants and tenants. A few years later, such fountains are practically dead or they are turned on only once, for Chinese New Year.
