In a middle-class country, employee discipline is astonishing. Here, almost every restaurant, every massage parlor, bar, hotel (generally every company dealing in services and having a group of employees) organizes collections. Most often after dinner or in the evening, sometimes at night. All employees in a row or in several rows, attendance is checked, the manager then presents comments on work, instructions, sometimes chooses the employee of the month, etc. These collections are common!
