There is this fairy tale in Poland where one goldfish gives three wishes. Look how many there are in China? Gold and red. In every nicer park (here near ZhaoQing), but they are also in city parks and ponds. If they have, for example, 30 million of these goldfish, that's about 90 million wishes... then you know why there's such progress!
