Baozi dumplings are very popular throughout China (especially in the north and Zhejiang Province). Basically, they are made of dough, stuffed inside, first steamed and then fried. The stuffing is usually pork, green vegetables and mushrooms. The dough is slightly sweet and fluffy. A real delicacy!
