In Poland, retirees sleep at this time. In China... they dance. These grandmothers simply meet every night in a small square in front of a hypermarket, bring a radio (boombox) and dance for an hour. It's the same in parks. It's amazing, here old people behave as if they were starting a second life: kites, dancing, traveling, running, walking, tai-chi. My neighbor looks like he's 40 and is 58 (his girlfriend is 24), they are incredibly lively.
