A village in Hunan province, people there live modestly, but not miserably. Of course, there are richer and poorer families, but no one dies of hunger, as they probably write in the Polish press about China. People are taught to live simply, they drink water, eat rice, meat and fish, and 10 RMB (about PLN 4) is enough for a decent lunch, breakfast and dinner.
