This policeman photographed cars that were stopping near the Shangrila Hotel in Shenzhen (close to the border with Hong Kong). The photos will be evidence against illegal taxi drivers and drivers violating the stopping ban. I also took photos there, but not cars. I asked if I could take a photo of him, he agreed, but I waited until he put the camera to his eye.
