In Shenzhen (southeastern China), skyscrapers are being built so quickly that sometimes there is no time to finish them and they go to build another one. Such dead buildings often disfigure the city, I have personally seen several such concrete cemeteries. Sometimes they are waiting for a new investor, for changes to the design, and sometimes they are demolished. The builders are crazy, not to mention the quality of such apartments/offices, construction is done too quickly, nothing is refined, and the walls crack after a few years, everything is crooked.
