This supposedly barber shop is common in China. Even in big business Shanghai, there are still districts where people can get a haircut for the equivalent of PLN 3-5. This hairdresser saved light at home (i.e. hairdressing salon) and cut a client's hair on the sidewalk, after all, daylight is healthier for the eyes.
