Fishing as a hobby is also popular in Hong Kong. Here, near the Avenue of Stars, by the bay, several anglers are looking for their luck. I'm guessing they have permission to do this because the police pass by often. In my other photo, in exactly the same place, I captured someone who was probably fishing illegally, using only a fishing line. I remember security chasing him away.
