Now I know why for 10 years they haven't built anything else here except hypermarkets and department stores. They do nothing for the inhabitants of this city of 10 million people. They lined their pockets. The next one from the new system will come, he will do the same, but he will be under an umbrella. Even if the media discovers something, they have no right to write about it, the censor's office sends them a list of what cannot be published on a given day (I wrote about it once). And as usual, the Chinese authorities will write a report on budget expenditure at the end of the year, in the form of four sentences (they did this a year ago).

Today, Google and Gmail, Google Maps, etc. were blocked. It may be some technical problems in this area, but generally it is related to blocking the Internet, because when I hide the IP, Google works without any problems. On July 1, Chinese netizens organize a protest. New computers with Green Dam software are being sold in the Middle Kingdom, it is supposed to block pornography, but it is also supposed to control the actions of the computer user. Maybe it's a network to capture addresses and block subsequent access? I just wonder how Internet users will mobilize themselves? Will they send each other emails with information? After all, it can also be blocked, and the most active Internet boycotters may end up in arrest!

It turns out that Google.com has been blocked for good - Google.cn still works because it is probably 100% censored. Apparently they said something on TV about Google promoting erotic content. Today, many people no longer have access to Google and Gmail. You can't just give people a bit of freedom and then take it away. Today you have Google, YouTube, Wikipedia, but tomorrow you don't.
